Our bipolar plates use ultra-fine graphite powders (99.9999% purity), isostatic pressed at 200MPa, graphitized at 2800°C. CNC machined to ±0.02mm. Proprietary surface treatment reduces contact resistance below 5mΩ·cm². Batch tested: density 1.75–1.95 g/cm³, flexural strength 40–60 MPa, gas permeability <10⁻⁶ cm²/s. ISO 9001 with full traceability.
